Outdoor activities such as hiking, trail running, and exploring carry inherent risks, including physical injury, exposure to the elements, and wildlife encounters. By using TrailQuest, you assume all risks associated with your outdoor activities. TrailQuest is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities that occur while using the App.
The information provided by TrailQuest is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional guidance, local expertise, or certified survival training. Always check local conditions, weather forecasts, and trail status from official sources before heading out.
TrailQuest is not a substitute for traditional navigation tools like paper maps and compasses. Electronic devices can fail due to battery depletion, lack of signal, or hardware malfunction. Never rely solely on the App for navigation in wilderness areas.
You agree to follow "Leave No Trace" principles and respect all local regulations, landowner rights, and trail rules while using the App. Do not engage in activities that could harm the environment or other trail users.
The App and its original content are the exclusive property of Airborne Applications LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airborne Applications LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or your participation in outdoor activities.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
