Airborne Applications LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the GlowUp mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App, including how we handle face data and photos you provide. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a fully transparent experience.

We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with personalized skincare and wellness recommendations.

4. Face Data & Photo Processing

This section describes in detail how we collect, process, and handle face data, including facial photos you submit for skincare analysis.

4.1 Face Data Is Not Retained

We do not retain, store, or save your face data. When you submit a photo for skincare analysis, the image is processed transiently — meaning it is analyzed in real time and then immediately discarded. Your face data is not written to any database, file system, or persistent storage on our servers. Once your analysis results are generated, the original photo and any derived facial data are permanently deleted from memory.

4.2 Purpose of Collecting Face Data

We collect face data (photos you submit) solely for the following purpose:

• To analyze your skin condition, including skin texture, tone, and areas that may benefit from skincare improvements.
• To generate personalized skincare recommendations and wellness suggestions based on your unique features.

Face data is used exclusively to provide you with your skincare analysis results. It is never used for advertising, profiling, facial recognition, identification of individuals, or any purpose unrelated to your requested analysis.

4.3 Duration of Storage

Face data is not stored. Photos are held in temporary memory only for the duration of the analysis process, which typically takes a few seconds. Once the analysis is complete and results are returned to you, the photo and all associated face data are immediately and permanently deleted. There is no short-term or long-term storage of face data.

4.4 Third-Party Processing of Face Data

To perform the AI-powered skincare analysis, your photo is transmitted securely (via encrypted HTTPS connection) to our third-party AI processing provider, OpenAI, for analysis. We share your photo with this provider solely for the purpose of generating your skincare analysis results.

• Third party: OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.)
• Reason for sharing: To process your photo using AI vision capabilities and generate skincare analysis results.
• Third-party retention: OpenAI does not retain images submitted through their API for model training or any other purpose. Images are processed transiently and are not stored by OpenAI after processing is complete. For full details, refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and API Data Usage Policy.
• Third-party storage duration: OpenAI does not store your face data. Images sent via the API are processed in real time and not persisted.

No other third parties receive, access, or process your face data. We do not sell, license, or share your face data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other entities.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Beyond the third-party AI processing described in Section 4, we may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted partners who help us provide our services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). These providers do not receive face data.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Safety: To protect the safety of our users or the public as required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• All data transmissions, including photo uploads, are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
• Face data is processed in volatile memory and never written to persistent storage.
• Access to processing systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since we do not retain face data, there is no face data to delete — it is automatically and immediately discarded after each analysis. You can manage your other data directly within the App settings or by contacting us at support@airborneapps.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
